For clients who have already developed a strategy for change, we can help determine the key elements that will move the strategy forward and devise specific plans for implementing change successfully. Working with executives and employees to analyze workflow and identify skill gaps, we create a detailed road map for the strategic plan that includes actions and timelines to keep the transition on track.
As part of our transition services, we can assist in making new hires and provide support to new and existing employees through coaching. To communicate the strategic plan to employees, we facilitate meetings with staff to encourage participative problem-solving across the organization, with the goal of keeping all employees “on board” during the process of change.
