ITD has worked with leaders and teams across business, healthcare, universities, government and not-for-profit organizations in the United States and internationally.

Our experience spans organizations of very different sizes and circumstances, from entrepreneurial and privately owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies and large public institutions. Sectors have included retail and wholesale, financial services and insurance, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, education, government, transportation and logistics, media and publishing, energy, construction and engineering.

Much of our work involves issues organizations do not publish: leadership challenges, team dynamics, organizational change and difficult decisions. For that reason, we do not identify clients without their permission. References are available in conversation.
